THE PROPERTY

Antica Masseria Timparuci is a 17th-century country house located in the countryside near Modica, in south-eastern Sicily. Restored in 2009 while preserving its original structure, the property retains the local stone and characteristic features of traditional Sicilian rural architecture, combined with modern comforts.

The property offers five accommodation units, each with different sizes and features: Scirocco and Maestrale, the larger apartments and also suitable for families; Libeccio and Grecale, two smaller apartments ideal for couples; and Levante, a double bedroom with a private bathroom.

THE OUTDOOR SPACES

Timparuci is set within over two acres of Sicilian countryside. Around the farmhouse, traditional local stone blends with Mediterranean vegetation, lavender and aromatic plants typical of the area.

Each accommodation has its own private outdoor space, while the shared areas allow guests to enjoy the property and spend time outdoors. Its countryside location offers a peaceful setting while being just a few kilometres from the centre of Modica.

THE POOL

At the heart of the outdoor area is a large 18 × 10 metre panoramic swimming pool, shared by guests staying in the five accommodation units.

Sun loungers, parasols and areas for relaxing outdoors are available around the pool. With views over the surrounding countryside, the pool is one of the main outdoor spaces to enjoy during the warmer months.
